Rock the South: Your Guide to the Midway Fair
Rock the South is known for its lively music, hosting the biggest stars on country radio, and for being the biggest party in the south, but there’s more to experience this year than the music. The Midway Fair brings classic carnival fun to the festival, giving visitors a chance to continue the fun in between artists’ sets!
Plan a Rocking Fair Experience
The Midway Fair will feature a variety of carnival rides for Rock the South visitors to enjoy during the festival. Admission to the Midway Fair is included in your Rock the South ticket. You cannot access the Midway fair without a Rock the South ticket.
The single-day unlimited rides pass will be $27 & a full-weekend unlimited rides pass will be $60.
Most rides require riders to be at least 36 inches tall, and children under 42 inches may be required to ride with a paying adult on certain attractions. Requirements vary by ride, so check the posted guidelines before getting in line.
Ride passes can be purchased online through AuthentiGATE.
Keep in mind that all ride pass sales are final. Passes cannot be refunded, resold, exchanged or used as a rain check.
A New Way to Experience the Party
Visiting the Midway Fair doesn’t mean have to choose between carnival fun and seeing your favorite artists. Spend some time enjoying the rides, grab a bite to eat, & explore the festival grounds.
You’ll still be able to hear the music from the festival while enjoying the fairgrounds, so you won’t have to miss out on the classic Rock the South fun!
Don’t forget to snap a photo while you’re on the rides for the perfect Instagram-worthy Rock the South moment. Depending on the ride, you might even catch a great view of the stage from above!
