The Princess Theatre has two live productions coming up in the month of July that you do not want to miss!

Are you interested in live theatre? Look no further! The city of Decatur has two local theatre groups putting on productions in the month of July for you and your family to enjoy!


1.    Dream Weavers Children’s Theatre presents… Cats!



Dream Weavers is a community theater group based right here in Decatur, and they bring family-friendly productions to life every summer, fall, and winter! Their goal is to bring a lasting love of live theatre to members of our community!


For this summer’s production, Dream Weavers Children’s Theatre presents Cats! Showtimes include Friday, July 11th at 7 PM, Saturday, July 12th at 7 PM, and Sunday, July 13th at 2 PM, all at the Princess Theatre on 2nd Avenue. For students and seniors, tickets cost $18 a piece, and for adults, tickets cost $20 a piece. Buy tickets now at princesstheatre.org!

2.    Bank Street Players presents… Peter Pan!


Another local community theatre group, Bank Street Players, is bringing the classic tale of Peter Pan to the Princess Theatre the weekend of July 25th-27th for their summer production! Showtimes include Friday, July 25th and Saturday, July 26th at 7 PM, as well as Sunday, July 27th at 2 PM.
